A shaken Jethalal barely gets a chance to speak before hearing the devastating words, “Sorry to say, you are under arrest.” Bagha breaks down in disbelief, Natu Kaka is terrified, and the shop turns into a scene of panic as the inspector orders Patil to handcuff all three.
With police surrounding the store, Jethalal stands helpless and broken, trying to understand how a simple business deal has pushed him into such a nightmare. Is he being trapped by Topo Mobile, or is this the result of a terrible misunderstanding? Will the truth save him in time, or is another painful humiliation waiting for Gada Electronics?

Gada Electronics’ celebrations don’t last long in this episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Jethalal, Natu Kaka, and Bagha proudly celebrate selling 50 Topo mobiles, calling it a golden moment for the shop. But the happiness fades when Bhide opens his phone box and finds a toy mobile inside. Soon after, Popatlal is publicly humiliated by his boss when the “expensive gift” turns out to be fake, and even the Hathi family realizes they’ve been fooled.
While everyone desperately tries to reach Jethalal, he’s too busy enjoying the success to notice the ringing phone. When he finally answers Popatlal’s furious call, the shock hits hard, accusations of cheating and threats of legal trouble leave Jethalal completely confused and shaken. The episode ends on a tense note as Madhvi’s call flashes on his screen, hinting that Bhide’s anger is next in line, and Gada Electronics may be heading for its biggest crisis yet.
