According to Maxtern, Elvish asked him to check his bank account one day, where he found a transfer of Rs 1 lakh. “I had no idea why the money was deposited,” Maxtern said on the show. After the viral clip spread online, a police complaint was filed in which Elvish accused Maxtern of issuing threats.

Maxtern told Prince Narula that he plans to confront Lakshay directly, questioning whether the money was meant to frame him. He also claimed that Lakshay later called him asking for the Rs 1 lakh to be returned.
