Actress Ridhima Pandit has reportedly sent a legal notice to digital creator Vanshaj Singh after their heated clash on the reality show The 50 spiralled into a serious online controversy.

According to reports, Ridhima has accused Vanshaj of online harassment and has approached the cyber police after allegedly receiving abusive messages, including death threats and rape threats on social media. The actress’ legal team confirmed that a complaint has been filed and legal proceedings are now underway.

The issue began during an episode of The 50 when Ridhima lashed out at Vanshaj over what she called his inappropriate behaviour. The confrontation quickly escalated, leading to a massive argument between the two contestants on the show. However, the drama did not end there and continued even after the episode aired.

Sources close to Ridhima claim that Vanshaj’s Instagram posts and statements after the fight triggered a wave of online hate against the actress. She reportedly received constant derogatory messages and threats, and even her family was dragged into the controversy.

Taking the matter seriously, Ridhima’s legal team sent a formal notice to Vanshaj and also approached cyber authorities demanding strict action against those responsible for the abusive messages.

Confirming the development, Ridhima’s team stated, “Yes, it’s true. We have taken legal action against Vanshaj and the legal proceedings are underway.”

In one of his Instagram posts, Vanshaj warned Ridhima about possible consequences after she blocked him on the platform. In the post, he wrote that he would not forgive what she said to him and added that while he had been trolling earlier for the “show”, he was now angry. He also claimed that television actors often treat digital creators badly and said he was “not just a creator but a whole movement.”

Vanshaj, a 22-year-old YouTuber known for lifestyle, gaming and pop culture videos, was eliminated from The 50 on the first day but returned to the show a few days later. During the show, his equation with actor Karan Patel also reportedly turned sour.

Well Meanwhile, Ridhima Pandit rose to fame with the popular TV show Bahu Hamari Rajnikant and has also appeared in several OTT series. She is also known for her stint as a contestant on Bigg Boss.
