The excitement around The 50 continues to grow as the makers have dropped a brand-new promo, giving viewers a closer look at what’s coming. After making waves internationally, the reality show is now ready to launch in India on JioHotstar and Colors. With a completely different concept and a grand visual scale, The 50 is already being talked about as one of the most ambitious reality shows of the year.

The 50 is the Indian adaptation of the popular French reality series Les Cinquante. Hosted by filmmaker, choreographer and YouTuber Farah Khan, the show promises drama, strategy and unexpected twists. The latest promo reveals the premiere date and shows contestants running into a massive royal palace, setting the tone for a high-energy and intense competition.

The show is set inside a specially constructed palace in Mumbai, spread across 10,000 square feet. Fifty celebrities will live together in this royal setup, which includes six bedrooms and three large gaming arenas where major tasks will be held. Unlike Bigg Boss, there is no kitchen inside the house, as food will be provided to the contestants throughout their stay. The palace is under constant surveillance with 110 cameras capturing every move. Contestants who lose tasks will be sent to an unsafe zone, where their continuation in the game will be decided.

The final list of confirmed contestants features a mix of popular television faces and digital stars. Some of the well-known names include Karan Patel, Faisal Shaikh aka Mr Faisu, Ridhima Pandit, Manisha Rani, Digvijay Rathee, Siwet Tomar, Rajat Dalal, Prince Narula, Lovekesh Kataria, Yuvika Chaudhary, Chahat Pandey, Nikki Tamboli and Arbaaz Patel. The new promo also shows contestants like Manisha Rani, Urvashi Dholakia and several others entering the palace with excitement and curiosity.

Soon after their entry, contestants are seen participating in a task when the commanding voice of The Lion fills the palace. He announces that for the next 50 days, 50 celebrities will play inside his royal palace, but the prize money of 50 lakh will not go to any celebrity. Instead, one fan will win the amount. This unexpected twist leaves the contestants shocked, with Archana Gautam reacting in disbelief and saying, “Yeh kya hai bhaiya?”
