In response, Maxtern called on authorities, including @DC_Gurugram, @gurgaonpolice, @anilvijminister, and @mlkhattar, urging them to register an FIR against Elvish Yadav with non-bailable sections for attempted murder and demanding #ArrestElvishYadav. He emphasized that Elvish Yadav should be held accountable if anything unfortunate happens to him in the future.

Elvish Yadav, in a 25-second video, appealed for support against the "left lobby" and the "anti-gang" allegedly united against him. He implored viewers to share the video, emphasizing the need for people to understand his side of the story before jumping to conclusions.

In video he said, " Bhai mujhe aap sabhi logo ki support ki bahut zarurat hai Puri left lobby ek saath hogai hai toh mere jitne bhi log yeh video dekh rahe hai sab share Karo logo ki ankh khulni chahiye ki meri side ki story kya hai aur jab family pe baat aati hai toh kya karte hai hum.."
