The finalist, who finished among the top five contestants, has once again found himself at the centre of online controversy linked to his time inside the Bigg Boss house.

The issue resurfaced after fans of fellow contestant Tanya Mittal began demanding another apology from Amaal over a remark he had made during the season. While the matter had earlier died down, it flared up again when Amaal’s manager shared a social media post requesting people not to drag the singer’s family into online trolling. Instead of calming things, the post triggered more backlash, with several netizens insisting that Amaal publicly apologise yet again.

Finally addressing the situation on X (formerly Twitter), Amaal made it clear that he had already apologised and did not see the point of repeatedly revisiting the same issue. In a strongly worded post, he stated that he had apologised both personally and on social media, not only to Tanya but also to other contestants, for anything that may have happened inside the Bigg Boss house.

Amaal also reminded people that his very first post after stepping out of the show was in support of Tanya. Expressing his frustration over the continued trolling, he firmly asked people to stop targeting his manager, team members, family, and friends, none of whom were part of the show. His blunt tone divided opinions online, with some users supporting his stand while others criticised the language he used.

In the same post, Amaal clarified that his relationship with Tanya never went beyond friendship. He added that while he had made efforts to stop his own fans from becoming aggressive, that did not mean he would quietly tolerate abuse coming from others. He also took a sharp swipe at sections of Tanya’s fandom, accusing them of behaving like “sore losers.”

Well, Concluding his statement, Amaal urged everyone to stop dragging the issue further and turning it into a never-ending online fight. He stressed that Bigg Boss 19 was over and that personal attacks and constant negativity served no purpose other than spreading hate.
