Salman shared a picture with the director on social media and revealed that work on the film will begin in April 2026. The project is planned on a massive scale and will be a grand theatrical release.

While the title of the film has not been finalized yet, reports suggest it is targeting an Eid 2027 release, continuing Salman’s tradition of festive blockbusters. The film is also being designed as a pan-India project, aiming to appeal to audiences across the country.

Salman expressed his excitement by posting, “Dil, Dimag, Jigar se… from this April with @directorvamshi,” which has already created a buzz among fans. Known for delivering successful action entertainers, expectations from this collaboration are quite high.

Meanwhile, Salman is currently busy shooting for his war film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, previously titled Battle of Galwan. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film also stars Chitrangada Singh and is scheduled to release on April 17, 2026, though reports hint at a possible delay to August.

Salman has previously explored South collaborations with a cameo in Godfather alongside Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara.
