The trailer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge has finally been released, and it promises a much more intense and action-packed sequel. After the massive success of Dhurandhar, director Aditya Dhar is back with the next chapter of the espionage saga, which is set to hit theatres on March 19.

The three-minute and 25-second trailer gives fans a powerful glimpse of Ranveer Singh in a fierce revenge mode. This time, his character appears darker and more ruthless than before. The story continues after the death of gangster Rehman Dakait, played by Akshaye Khanna. With Dakait gone, Ranveer’s character takes control of Pakistan’s Lyari town, stepping deeper into the dangerous underworld.

Inspired by incredible true events, the first film introduced viewers to a gripping espionage story. It followed an Indian intelligence officer who worked undercover in Karachi, infiltrating criminal gangs and political circles to stop a terror network threatening India’s security. The sequel continues this high-stakes narrative with Ranveer Singh’s character Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who is now living under the identity of Hamza Ali Mazari while operating inside Pakistan’s underworld.

The trailer highlights a more personal conflict for the protagonist as he navigates violence, revenge and secret missions. The powerful background score adds to the intensity, while Ranveer’s aggressive and never-seen-before avatar has already caught fans’ attention online.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge will release in cinemas worldwide on March 19 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Overseas advance bookings have already opened in select international markets, and reports suggest domestic ticket sales in India are expected to begin on March 7 after the trailer launch at 11:01 AM.
