Mouni Roy Is the Epitome of Beauty, Grace and Perfection in Her Kathak Performance

Mouni Roy is an all-rounder. She is a very popular actress, a successful entrepreneur and a fashionista, who can also boast of having an extensive background in dancing. Having set foot in the entertainment industry as a background dancer, we can safely proclaim that dance has been and will always be an integral part of Mouni’s personal and professional journey. And showcasing the same love for the art form, Mouni Roy took to her social media to perform a Kathak routine to the tunes of the popular Bengali song 'shongo chare kore Sakhi’.

Mouni’s mastery over the kathak dance form, combined with her eyes doing all the talking and expressing, we fell in love with Mouni all over again. A trained Kathak dancer, Mouni nailed her mudras (hand gestures) and her facial expressions perfectly. All in all, Mouni’s immense love for dance was perfectly represented in her routine.

On the work front, Mouni recently returned from a successful trip to the London Fashion Week 2025 where she was the only Indian face representing India on the global fashion scene. The actress will soon be seen on the big screen with her next release The Bhootnii, which releases in theatres on April 18.
