Sumati confronts Manjiri, demanding to know whether she was aware of Neel’s decision to become a ghar jamai (a son-in-law who lives with his wife's family) beforehand. Manjiri, without hesitation, admits that she knew about it. Enraged by the betrayal, Sumati slaps Manjiri and demands an explanation for why she chose to keep such crucial information from her.
With tears in her eyes, Manjiri defends herself, explaining that she had intended to tell the truth but was stopped by Neel, who made her swear leaving her with no choice but to stay silent. The tension in the room thickens as Gangadhar, witnessing the turmoil, declares with finality that from now on, only the three of them remain as a family and that Neel’s name will never be spoken in their house again.

Meanwhile, Neel walks into Kanchan’s room, his expression smug and taunting. With a sarcastic smile, he asks for blessings, vowing to be the kind of jamai who will never let her blood pressure remain normal. As Kanchan watches him, trying to maintain her composure, Neel suddenly produces a bracelet—one that she had given him long ago, the same bracelet he had kept from the day she burned down his house. Holding it up as proof of her past sins, Neel warns her coldly that he has not forgotten and that he will make sure she repents for everything she has done.
Just then, Riddhi enters Kanchan’s room, sensing the tension between them. She asks Kanchan what is going on, but before she can press further, Neel quickly covers up by saying that he was simply giving Kanchan a gift. Kanchan seizes the moment to insult Neel, telling Riddhi that she isn’t showing the so-called gift because she doesn’t want to embarrass her. After all, Neel is not in a position to afford anything valuable enough to be considered a gift.
Later, Neel's anger flares up again as he furiously questions Kanchan about the Chhappan Bhog Thali. Sensing the growing tension, Kanchan discreetly pulls Neel aside while Riddhi heads off to check on breakfast preparations. Taking advantage of the moment alone, Kanchan leans in and whispers a chilling warning to Neel—if he dares to act too smart, he will soon find her bracelet lying among the burning corpses of his own family members.
Meanwhile, Manjiri approaches Sumati, trying to console her and persuade her to eat something. In a firm yet affectionate voice, she assures Sumati that from now on, she will fulfill both the roles of a son and a daughter in her life, standing by her no matter what. At that moment, Neel calls Sumati to check if she has eaten, his voice filled with concern. Manjiri picks up the phone and answers on her behalf. With a calm yet assertive tone, she informs Neel that she has already taken care of it and has made sure that Sumati has eaten. Her words carry an unspoken message—she has taken charge of the situation, and Neel no longer has any influence over their lives.
