Shehnaaz took to Instagram on Thursday to share the poster of the song, creating a buzz among her followers. Her caption read:

Fans can expect the song to drop on August 18, and from the sound of it, the track is all set to be one of the biggest hits of the season. With Shehnaaz and Honey Singh’s strong fan base and proven on-screen chemistry, When and Where is already gaining attention online.

The song will be part of Ikk Kudi, an upcoming film that marks another big step for Shehnaaz Gill. Scheduled for a worldwide release on September 19, the film is being released under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Ikk Kudi has been written and directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, and it appears to focus on a female-centric storyline about a young girl's struggles with marriage.
