After seven long years, comedian Krushna Abhishek reconciled with his uncle, Bollywood actor Govinda, on The Kapil Sharma Show. The heartwarming reunion unfolded in front of fans and marked the end of a bitter family rift. Govinda, accompanied by his family, will be seen gracing the Netflix show’s upcoming episode on Saturday, November 30.

Reflecting on the emotional reunion, Krushna shared in an interview that the experience was one of the best moments of his life. He said, “Maine stage par bhi bola ki mera saat saal ka vanwas khatam ho gaya. We are together now, and we danced and had so much fun.”

The reconciliation was further strengthened by a recent incident where Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg. Krushna revealed that the injury played a significant role in bringing the family closer. Though Krushna was in Sydney for a show at the time and couldn’t visit Govinda in the hospital, his wife Kashmera Shah was among the first family members to see Govinda.

Krushna shared, “After mama’s leg injury, things changed. Kashmera was here and visited him in the ICU. She said he was very nice to her, and they spoke for a while. Blood relations are blood relations, and I always knew things would eventually get better.” He added that seeing Govinda now fully recovered and even dancing was a relief, as it showed his leg had healed.

However, Krushna admitted he has not yet spoken directly to his aunt, Sunita Ahuja, though he has interacted with their daughter, Tina. He said, “Tina was really nice, and it felt like meeting a sister after a long time. As for mami, I think she’s already fine, or mama wouldn’t have come on the show. She handles his work commitments, so her approval means a lot.”
