Bollywood actor Govinda has been discharged from Mumbai’s CritiCare hospital after a scary incident involving his licensed revolver. On October 1, Govinda was rushed to the hospital following a bullet injury when his gun misfired. The accident happened while Govinda was preparing to leave for a trip out of the city. His brother Kirti explained to the media that Govinda was putting the revolver into a cupboard when it accidentally fell and fired, hitting him in the leg.

At the time of the accident, Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, was not in the city. However, yesterday, she updated the media, assuring everyone that Govinda would be discharged today, October 4. True to her words, the actor was released from the hospital, and the first visuals of him outside CritiCare hospital have emerged.

As Govinda exited the hospital, he was seen smiling and waving at the media despite the injury. He was in a wheelchair with a big cast on his left leg but remained in high spirits. The actor thanked everyone for their good wishes, greeting the paparazzi with folded hands and even blowing flying kisses to them.

Earlier, one of the doctors from CritiCare hospital gave an update on the actor’s health. According to the doctor, Govinda is completely stable and fit for discharge. However, he has been advised to take complete rest over the next few days to ensure a full recovery. After the incident, Govinda also shared an audio message with the media, reassuring everyone that he was fine and that doctors had successfully removed the bullet.

Several family members and close friends visited Govinda in the hospital. Celebrities such as Krushna Abhishek’s wife, Kashmira Shah, and his niece, Aarti Aggarwal, were seen at the hospital. Govinda’s daughter, Tina Ahuja, was also spotted outside, showing her support for her father.
