During the first week, seven contestants were nominated — Neelam Giri, Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Abhishek Bajaj, Zeishan Quadri, Natalia Janoszek, and Pranit More. According to a viral tweet on X (formerly Twitter), Bigg Boss introduced a new task inside the Room of Faith. In this task, three housemates had to stand in front of the Red Triangle, putting themselves at risk of nomination. Meanwhile, three others standing in front of the Green Triangle had the power to nominate one among them.

In the first round, Awez Darbar, Baseer Ali, and Nagma Mirajkar stood in the Red Triangle. From them, Awez Darbar was chosen and officially nominated for elimination.
