Shilpa Shinde, known for her bold and outspoken nature, has recently made a startling revelation. The actress, currently seen in Rohit Shetty's "Khatron Ke Khiladi 14," has shared a harrowing experience from her early career days. In an interview Shinde opened up about being sexually assaulted by a Hindi filmmaker during her struggling days in 1998-99.

Shinde, who has always been candid about her experiences, did not name the filmmaker involved. She described a distressing incident where she was asked to wear specific outfits for a scene. Despite her discomfort, she proceeded with the scene under pressure. During this time, the filmmaker allegedly told her he was her boss and that she needed to seduce him. Young and naive, Shinde complied but was met with an aggressive advance from the filmmaker, which she managed to resist by pushing him away and fleeing the situation.

The security staff at the location were alerted to the incident and advised her to leave immediately. Shinde chose not to name the perpetrator, citing concerns for his children who are younger than her. She mentioned that she later encountered the filmmaker years later when he did not recognize her. He offered her a role, which she declined.

Shinde has been involved in various controversies over the years, including her contentious exit from the popular TV show "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain," where she accused the makers of mental torture. Her outspoken nature also led to issues on other shows such as "Gangs Of Filmistaan," "Maddam Sir," and "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10."
