Rozlyn Khan, a stage 4 cancer survivor, publicly claimed that Hina Khan is faking her cancer diagnosis. She expressed disbelief over how Hina could remain active and engage in multiple activities while battling a fatal disease. Rozlyn even went so far as to accuse Hina of bribing her doctors to stay quiet about her condition and using her cancer as a publicity stunt. She challenged both Hina and Dr. Mandar Nadkarni, the common doctor for both, to come clean about her cancer treatment.

In response to Rozlyn's shocking comments, Hina's close friend, Ankita Lokhande, stepped forward to defend her. Ankita took to Instagram stories, calling Rozlyn's accusations "low" and "cheap." She shared a heartfelt message, revealing that she had witnessed Hina's struggles firsthand. Ankita also disclosed that her husband, Vicky Jain, was deeply moved when he saw Hina undergoing chemotherapy. Vicky, in tears, expressed his admiration for Hina’s strength during this difficult time.

Ankita's post read, "How could someone think so low, my goodness.. That's so cheap! Hina is fighting cancer with such bravery, and I know this because Vikki met her a few days back in the hospital. He was in tears to see her." She continued to call Hina a "sherkhan" (a lioness) and wished her strength in her battle, adding, “God bless you, girl. This shall too pass."

Well, Despite the controversy, Hina continues to focus on her fight against cancer, motivating others to stay positive and strong. Her supporters, like Ankita, are standing by her, reaffirming her bravery in the face of such harsh accusations.
